What happens to my main number?

Your main number stays active. eSIM works as a second SIM card for internet only. You can still receive calls and SMS on your main number.

Can I top up data?

Top-up is possible for eSIM on package plans only, up to 10 times. For example: if you have a 1GB 7-day plan, you can add another 1GB 7-day extension. After the top-up, you will have 2GB for 14 days (1GB + 1GB = 2GB, 7 days + 7 days = 14 days). Each top-up adds to your current data and validity totals. Top-ups are available for eSIMs with "Issued" and "Active" status. After expiry, top-ups are no longer possible.

In your account under 'My eSIMs' you can see remaining data and validity.

What if eSIM doesn't activate?

Contact support — we'll help figure it out. If it's our fault — we'll exchange eSIM or refund.

When does the validity period start?

Accepted Answer

Depends on the plan:
• Plans 1 GB and above — activate on first network connection in destination country
• Plans under 1 GB — activate immediately upon installation

Validity period starts from activation.

eSIM is supported by most modern smartphones: iPhone XS and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20+ and newer, Google Pixel 3+, Xiaomi 12T Pro+, and many other brands.
