Travel Points Loyalty Program
Effective October 6, 2026
The program rewards returning SimForTrip customers. Paid orders earn Travel Points that can partially pay for future purchases.
1. Tiers and earning rates
Your tier is based on successfully paid orders over the last 365 days. The starting tier applies until Explorer is reached.

2. Earning bonuses
- 100 Travel Points equal $1 when used within the service.
- Travel Points are credited after successful payment at the rate of the current tier.
- The rate applies to the amount actually paid in money.
- Unpaid, free, and cancelled orders do not earn bonuses.
3. Spending bonuses
- Travel Points spending becomes available after the first successfully paid purchase.
- Travel Points may cover no more than —% of the original plan price.
- A promo code and Travel Points spending cannot be used on the same order.
- Travel Points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or withdrawn.
4. Rolling period
The tier is recalculated daily using purchases from the previous 365 days. There is no January 1 reset. The accumulated Travel Points balance remains when the tier changes.
5. Inviting friends
- Each customer has a personal link. A new customer attributed through that link receives a referral discount on their first paid purchase.
- After successful payment, the inviter earns the configured percentage of the amount actually paid by the friend.
- A referral discount, promo code, and Travel Points cannot be used together. The referral discount can be turned off during checkout.
- If the first purchase is refunded, the inviter's reward is cancelled. Referral rewards do not affect Dreamer, Explorer, Voyager, or Nomad tier progress.
6. Other terms
- The customer's tier and Travel Points balance are displayed in their account.
- Amounts are rounded to two decimal places using standard rounding rules.
- SimForTrip may correct erroneous transactions in case of abuse or technical error.
- SimForTrip may amend the program; the current version is always published on this page.
