Public Offer Agreement

1. General Provisions

This document constitutes an official public offer from SimForTrip LLC ("Provider") to enter into an agreement for the provision of electronic SIM cards (eSIM).

2. Subject of Agreement

The Provider agrees to deliver eSIM with mobile internet access according to the selected plan, and the Customer agrees to pay for such services.

3. Agreement Formation

Acceptance of this offer is made by paying for the selected plan on simfortrip.com. The agreement is considered concluded at the moment of payment receipt.

4. Service Delivery

  1. Customer selects a plan on the website
  2. Customer pays for the selected plan
  3. Provider delivers eSIM as QR code and/or activation link
  4. Customer activates eSIM on their device
  5. Service is considered rendered upon delivery of activation data

5. Pricing and Payment

Service cost is determined by the selected plan and displayed on the website. Payment is processed via card through secure payment system.

6. Refunds

Refunds are available if the eSIM has not been activated and the activation period has not expired. After activation, refunds are not possible. See "Refund Policy" for details.

7. Liability

The Provider is not responsible for network quality provided by local carriers or device incompatibility issues.

8. Offer Validity

This offer is valid from the moment of publication until withdrawn by the Provider.
